We are seeking a highly organized, client-focused Customer Service & Repair Coordinator to join our corporate repair team. This role requires exceptional communication skills, precise task management, and in-depth knowledge of the cell phone industry to effectively provide accurate repair timelines and outstanding customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in cell phone or electronics repair customer service.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, specifically Command Center, is advantageous.
