We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Store Manager, you
will be responsible for managing daily
operations, driving sales, and ensuringthat our team is motivated and well-trained. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with both employees and customers will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in retail management or similar supervisory roles.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and sales management techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.
• Experience with training & development of staff members to enhance their skills.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
