will be responsible for managing daily

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail management or similar supervisory roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in retail math, inventory management, and sales management techniques.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and team members alike.
  • Experience with training & development of staff members to enhance their skills.
  • Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous but not mandatory.
