We’re looking for a bold, fashion-obsessed Store Manager to lead our team at Glue Store Central Park
Glue Store is the go-to destination for streetwear and youth culture. From global icons to exclusive drops, we bring the freshest fashion straight to the floor. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in store management (fashion retail preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills — you lead from the front and inspire performance
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on sales, KPIs, and store success
  • Passionate about fashion, youth culture, and premium streetwear
  • Skilled in operations, stock management, rostering & reporting
  • A natural communicator with strong people and performance skills
  • High attention to detail with an eye for visual merchandising
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Store Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the Central Park store — setting the tone, driving sales, and leading your team to smash targets and create standout customer experiences.
We’re after someone who leads with energy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to make the store floor the place to be.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional results
  • Own your store’s performance, team culture, and customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day operations including stock, visuals, rostering, and reporting
  • Maintain high store standards and ensure a seamless customer journey
  • Drive a culture of accountability, creativity, and performance
  • Lead loss prevention strategies and uphold safety standards
