We now have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our David Jones Concession in Melbourne CBD.

Key duties and responsibilities:Assist store in achieving the store business goals and objectives.
Lead in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
Monitor staff performance on a regular basis and identify areas of training and improvement when necessary.
Develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
Identify and implement strategies to grow CRM database and increase existing base of VIP customers.
Be an ambassador for the brand and portray a professional and customer oriented image at all times.
Be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.
Support in collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts and logistics.
Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented by the retail operations team to optimise sell-thru.
Support and responsible for the stock holding.
Will have and maintain at all times competent product knowledge.
Quality leadership skills to lead the staff to perform to their fullest potential.
Possess effective communication skills and team spirit.
Build and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.
Conduct staff appraisal and annual performance review.

The ideal candidate will:Have previous experience in store management, luxury retail experience preferred
Possess strong leadership skills with ability to lead by example
Possess strong sense of business acumen
