Homesavers is recruiting Store Manager for Homesavers Stores in Dublin

What you'll do

• Lead the team: Train and coach your people, set clear expectations, handle performance and conflict fairly, and build a store people want to work in.
• Deliver results: own sales, margin, shrink and stock accuracy. Use weekly data to spot problems early and act.
• Run a great store: keep standards high on presentation, cleanliness, safety and compliance, and give customers a good experience every time.
• Execute commercially: deliver promotions and seasonal plans, and tailor displays to your local customers.
• Keep it running: opening/closing, cash, deliveries, stock control, rosters and payroll.

You'll suit this role if you

• Have managed a team in retail, hospitality or another fast-paced customer-facing environment
• Lead from the shop floor and set clear standards
• Are comfortable with targets, sales data and Excel
• Stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Can work weekends, evenings and bank holidays as part of a rota
