About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our retail location. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, managing staff, and maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and loss prevention measures Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a supervisory role within a retail environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to analyze data, make decisions, and drive results Knowledge of retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and cash management Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and professional development Employee discounts Supportive and collaborative work environment About Clarks Two brothers, a small town, and shoes that changed the world.
