Position Summary: This Store Manager role in Belle Vernon, PA is responsible for managing all aspects of the store, from team leadership and inventory control to customer satisfaction and sales performance. The Store Manager is a hands-on leader with a strong retail management background, a commitment to service excellence, and a drive for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. · Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates. · Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. · Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels and order supplies as needed. · Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards. · Analyze store sales data to identify trends and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. · Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. · Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
