JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our crepe store in Cheam, Sutton. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will also play a key role in merchandising, and staff development / training.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in cafe, pub or hotel management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
  • Strong background in store management.
  • Experience in team management with the ability to inspire and develop staff members.
  • Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership qualities combined with effective communication skills are crucial for success in this role.
