Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate action.
  • Train, motivate, and supervise store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service techniques.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Arabic speaker Male preferred
