We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Orlando Pizzeria, located at 1/160 Manning Street, Kiama, NSW. This is a full-time role offering an exciting opportunity to manage a busy and vibrant hospitality business.
About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the pizzeria, ensuring smooth service, high-quality standards, and excellent customer satisfaction. You will oversee staff, manage inventory, control budgets, and implement procedures to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain service excellence.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and sales targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and workplace regulations.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial role within hospitality or retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proven ability to manage budgets, rosters, and inventory.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Employment Details
Position: Full-time, 38 hours per week (weekend and evening work required).
Salary: $76515 plus 12 % superannuation.
Location: 1/160 Manning Street, Kiama, NSW 2533.

Pay: $74,900.00 – $80,227.42 per year
