We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at DashVapes. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service while upholding our company culture, beliefs, and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to ensure exceptional customer service and assist with product selection
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including maintaining a clean work area and proper merchandise presentation
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet business objectives
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve performance
  • Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure consistency across all locations
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and drive business growth

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Intermediate/Advanced Vaping/E-Cigarette knowledge is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop staff
  • Familiarity with computers and data/web searches

Other:

  • Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after a 3-month probationary period concludes
  • Location: Greater Toronto Area
  • Schedule: 10 am-8 pm x 4 days/week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday off)
  • Compensation: Starting at $40,000/year
