HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a passionate and talented full-time Store Manager to join our team at our David Jones Macquarie location. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and developing a talented sales team while driving the store's overall performance. Your role will center on coaching and guiding your team to consistently achieve excellent results in a premium fashion and lifestyle environment. What you can expect: Inspire and guide the team while overseeing daily operations. Deliver an exceptional and genuine customer experience. Develop and execute daily strategies to meet store and individual budgets, as well as KPIs. Implement and uphold effective stock control processes. Maintain and enhance the store's visual merchandising and presentation standards. Your profile: Proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Skilled in cultivating and maintaining a dedicated VIP client base. Experienced in motivating, coaching, and leading teams to consistently achieve sales goals and KPIs. Over three years of operational management expertise combined with strong people leadership skills.
