Location & Hours: Location: 50 Cherry Flat Rd, Smythes Creek VIC 3351, Australia 45 hours per week contract Salary: Market-leading remuneration in the range of $119,500 - $156,900* What we need from you? Knowledge: Completion of Future Leaders Program preferred Full store cover experience (outside of home store preferred) 12 months in current role preferred Skills Ensures compliance with legislative and ALDI internal requirements Ensures tasks are appropriately delegated to individuals based on their skills, roles and interests Consistently follows and enforces safety and security procedures within the team while proactively taking action to correct any unsafe work habits Maintains the highest standard of compliance, safety and cleanliness Ensures all stock is of good quality and minimises stock losses caused by damages, stock maintenance inaccuracy, theft, and inadequate stock rotation Manages resources effectively to achieve targets without compromising quality Performs the management of all staff induction, development, training, performance, hours, leave, and payroll Manages resources effectively to achieve results while controlling costs and minimising losses Behaviours Effectively leads and actively promotes team spirit, develops, and motivates a capable team to the highest quality and standard Works independently when no specific guidance or direction is provided Solutions-focused and uses initiative to manage and continually improve the quality and efficiency of work Engages and communicates effectively with relevant stakeholders Adaptable and flexible to changing project/business needs Provides feedback on individual performance and reinforces best practice within the team Works effectively within a team and provides support where needed Manages own time exceptionally well, handling a heavy workload, ensuring high priority work is completed within required timeframes Consistently acts professionally, fairly and responsibly, fostering a positive working environment Role-models effective and respectful communication with colleagues at all levels Additional Information If you are interested in applying for this role, you will need to receive endorsement from your Direct Leader.
