The Role as a Store Manager at FWHO you're not just running a store - you’re running a business. You’ll lead a high-performing team, deliver consistently excellent guest experiences, and bring our bold food vision to life every single day. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can drive results, coach from the front, and make FWHO the go-to comfort food spot in your city.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead the Team
● Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of Shift Leaders and Crew.
● Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and team huddles to build engagement and accountability.
● Create a positive, productive store culture that reflects our brand values.
2. Drive Performance
● Take ownership of store-level KPIs: sales, labour %, COGS, and NPS.
● Use our tools (POS, training modules) to manage operations and improve results.
● Deliver smooth, fast, and friendly service - especially during peak times.
3. Operational Execution
● Ensure your store runs like clockwork - from food prep and service speed to cleanliness and stock.
● Implement company standards, daily checklists, and weekly audits.
● Handle scheduling, ordering, health & safety, and compliance.
4. Be a Brand Ambassador
● Lead by example on shift - especially during pressure moments.
● Engage with local marketing efforts and community outreach.
What You’ll Bring
● 5+ years of store or department management in QSR, hospitality, or retail
● Middle East QSR experiences are mandatory
● Confident managing KPIs and using data to make decisions
● Cool under pressure, highly organized, and solutions-focused.Great with people - whether coaching, resolving conflict, or motivating a team
● Familiar with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and compliance basics.
● Proud to be on shift, hands-on, and guest-first.
