REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • You will be results driven and support the manager achieving sales and KPI targets by training, inspiring and coaching a team to deliver.
    We are after people with strong leadership skills and a positive “can do” attitude.
    Some knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.
    We offer a competitive salary with uncapped commission
Responsibilities
