REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• You will be results driven and support the manager achieving sales and KPI targets by training, inspiring and coaching a team to deliver.

  Some knowledge would be an advantage but full training will be given.

• Assist the Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization
• Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives
• Help to create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee engagement
• Lead by example and enforce company standards and procedures
• Assist with inventory management and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
