ROLE OVERVIEW

Are you interested in becoming a Retail Store Manager with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?
At Vision Express we are currently looking for a Store Manager Designate to support our stores in the Greater Cardiff region of South Wales, typically this will involve working between stores in Cardiff, Newport and Bridgend so the successful candidate must be comfortable with regular travel to these locations.
As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you will be responsible for motivating and inspiring teams to deliver top performance, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in store, and you’ll receive an exciting induction that will enable you to work with colleagues across the region and develop your leadership skills for future roles within the business.
