ROLE OVERVIEW

Are you interested in becoming a Retail Store Manager in a high performing business?
We are currently looking for a Store Manager Designate to support our 11 stores in Northern Ireland, typically this will involve working at stores in the Belfast area but may involve occasional travel as far as Derry and Ballymena so the successful candidate must be comfortable with travel to these locations.
As a Store Manager Designate at Vision Express, you will be dynamic, passionate and adaptable. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring teams to deliver top performance, you’ll manage day-to-day operations in store, and you’ll receive an exciting induction that will enable you to work with colleagues across the region and develop your leadership skills for future roles within the business.
