At Dulux Paints, a part of Pittsburgh Paint Company, we provide top-quality paint and coatings with a commitment to outstanding customer service. Our Weiss Road location is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and ensure smooth store operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience (paint, hardware, or home improvement preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a sales team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer programs.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, and reporting.
• Drive sales growth through excellent customer service and complete solution selling (paint + sundries).
• Maintain merchandising, signage, and overall store presentation to Dulux standards.
• Oversee inventory management including stock levels, ordering, and minimizing shrink.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards (WHMIS/TDG).
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to reach their potential.
• Build and maintain relationships with DIY and trade customers.
