Dutch Love Cannabis Company is a modern retailer of recreational cannabis in British Columbia and Ontario. Our aim is to make the cannabis buying experience disarming, compassionate, and human. We’ve summoned our passion and experience as operators and energized it into this modern retail brand.
Heads up — we’re expanding. We’ve got brand new Dutch Love shops opening soon, and we’re hiring Store Managers to kick things off with us. You’ll be leading a fresh crew and setting the tone for what the store becomes.

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (required

• Cultivating the kind of team customers remember
• Hiring, training, and coaching your crew — and keeping them fired up
• Running the floor, managing the day-to-day, solving problems before they exist
• Keeping your store compliant, stocked, and on-brand
• Being the bridge between store and HQ — sharing wins, ideas, and feedback
• Making sure every customer walks out a little more curious, a little more informed

  Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
