WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Creating an exceptional store environment that delivers elevated customer experiences
  • Owning the store’s financial performance by driving KPIs, managing budgets, and delivering EBIT results
  • Leading daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, omni-channel sales, and security
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating your team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, WHS, and company procedures
  • Acting as a true brand ambassador, upholding Bevilles’ values
