Eclipse Stores Inc. is a growing women’s clothing retailer with over 80 stores across Canada. We are excited to announce the opening of a pop-up store in St. John’s, NL! We’re looking for an energetic, friendly person with an interest in fashion to join our team as a Store Manager at this new location.
Our employees are the key to our success! You must have a passion for fashion and the ability to lead a sales motivated, energetic team.
The Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of store operations, including customer service, visual presentation, inventory control, human resources and the development of store staff. This position is also responsible for managing the store team to drive sales and continually improve store performance.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Retail management experience
· Proven selling skills
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
· Excellent customer service and rapport building skills
· Strong people management skills
· Exceptional organization and follow-up skills
· Hands-on leadership skills
· High energy and motivated
· Merchandising experience
· Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
