WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality (café, cocktail bar, or full-service)
• Skilled in both specialty coffee and craft cocktail service standards
• Comfortable overseeing kitchen and brunch operations
• Strong floor presence — confident leading service and solving problems in real time
• Organized, clear, and empathetic in leadership
• Able to balance creativity with structure in daily operations
• Experienced with POS systems, scheduling tools, and Excel
• Comfortable working with KPIs and building action plans from metrics
• Excited to shape and grow a new team and culture from the ground up

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure seamless service across the floor. This role is all about being present on the floor — guiding the flow of service, supporting the team, and making sure every guest feels cared for. You’ll oversee the entire operation (coffee bar, brunch service, and cocktail evenings) while building a culture rooted in warmth, connection, and excellence.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Lead the floor during peak hours, ensuring smooth table service and guest flow
• Coordinate operations across coffee, cocktail, and kitchen teams
• Mentor, coach, and schedule a diverse team (baristas, bartenders, kitchen staff)
• Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and product consistency
• Support and deliver hands-on training across all departments
• Work with ownership on brand growth, seasonal offerings, and guest experience
• Manage suppliers, inventory, and cost control
• Troubleshoot calmly, keeping service smooth and team morale high
• Use reports, KPIs, and metrics to make informed decisions and action plans
