We are looking for STORE MANAGER to join our team at ESSENDON DFO, VIC.
As a Neverland Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your store to success by driving sales, fostering an exceptional customer experience, and inspiring your team to perform at their best.

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth and efficient running of the store.
• Implement, uphold, and monitor adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver the Neverland customer experience, creating a positive, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.
• Drive sales performance and achieve store budgets through exceptional customer service, effective task delegation, and strong time management.
• Ensure all brand directives, visual merchandising standards, and promotional activities are executed to a high standard and within required timeframes.
• Complete all required weekly and ad hoc reporting, maintaining consistent and proactive communication with your Area Manager.
• Take full ownership of store performance, holding yourself and your team accountable for delivering exceptional results in sales, service, and presentation.
