  • Vaping Knowledge: Experience in the vaping or e-smoking industry is a plus, but a strong understanding of the product and a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for helping people quit smoking and/or a passion for vaping.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing successful teams.
  • Performance Improvement: A track record of improving business performance.
  • Commercial Acumen: An understanding of how to stand out against local competition.
  • Confidence: The ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
