Working as a Store Manager you are responsible for driving the store business, building a base of loyal VIP customers by recruiting and retaining them, managing the team and ensuring full adherence to the brand’s guidelines and store processes. Key Responsibilities Represent the brand and communicate its values through all interactions. Define and execute store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong customer relationships using data to create future opportunities. Lead and develop the team by recruiting, coaching, and fostering a positive work environment. Promote growth mindset and monitor team development and performance improvement plans. Drive an omnichannel customer experience, focusing on clienteling and VIP engagement. Ensure operational excellence by following policies, managing e-commerce orders, and maintaining VM standards. Leverage technology tools to enhance customer experience and train the team on their use. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and HR guidelines while optimizing floor coverage based on traffic data.
