Key Responsibilities

• Exceed store targets and deliver all KPI objectives
• Lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve success
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time
• Drive sales in a customer-focused, fashion & accessories-led environment
• Develop personal sales techniques and support associate development
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards and brand image
• Ensure the sales floor is always neat, clean, and well-presented
• Manage store P&L, monitor costs, and maximise profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with your team and customers

About You

• Proven store management or assistant management experience within retail
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results
• A natural leader who can inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused, with a flair for delivering an exceptional in-store experience
