Know how to inspire, motivate, and support your team to reach their full potential. Are results-driven, with a strong focus on boosting sales and achieving business goals. Have experience in training and energising staff, particularly in sales techniques and customer service excellence. Possess a creative, solutions-focused mindset, combined with excellent organisational abilities and a strong work ethic. Are highly motivated, adaptable, and thrive when faced with new challenges.
