We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our FoodWorks store in Albert Park. As the Store Manager, you will oversee all daily store operations, ensuring excellence in customer service, efficient team management, and strong business performance. You will play a key role in maintaining the store’s reputation while driving growth and profitability.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role (supermarket experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and analyse sales data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in POS and inventory management systems
• Ability to work core trading hours.
