SALARY: €50-65,000

Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Grocery Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store in Tralee, Kerry. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the store, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the store
- Motivating and managing staff to meet sales targets and customer service goals
- Ensuring that the store is fully stocked and merchandised correctly
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory and sales
- Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Training new employees and conducting regular performance reviews
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €50,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
