REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience of working in and managing a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
  • Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
  • Work minimum 40 hours/week and be committed to the operational and training system
  • Act as an Entrepreneur and take leadership in the store
  • Preferably live within 30 minutes from the restaurant
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the general operation of the Freshslice Location assigned to you and act like owner operator. Following Freshslice manuals, guidelines and forms. Maintaining the Freshslice quality and standard in both Food Quality and Customer Services.
  • Hiring, training, and supervising employees. Ensure employees are trained, passed their tests and follow the Freshslice guidelines. Retrain and supervise if needed.
  • Running food/paper/chemical cost at 40% and labour cost at 23% as per existing Freshslice guidelines (+/- 2%).
  • Ensure Freshslice is promoted in all the schools within 5 Km for pizza day event. Ensure Freshslice is promoted in all the government public organization, private companies and local events & push location average sales up.
  • Resolve any sign issue, equipment issue and operational issue with help of Head Office and other technicians.
