Freshslice Pizza is one of Canada’s fastest-growing pizza chains, known for its delicious, affordable pizza, freshly made dough, and commitment to excellent customer service. We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on to Responsibilities
* Oversee all day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, food preparation, and service.
* Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and excellent customer service.
* Ensure compliance with Freshslice standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Manage scheduling, payroll submissions, and labor costs within budget.
* Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize waste and shortages.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
* Drive sales by motivating staff, implementing promotions, and maintaining high service standards.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, cash handling procedures, and health & safety regulations.
* Report daily/weekly performance metrics to the Area Manager or Franchise Owner.
Qualifications-
* Previous experience in food service or retail management (pizza/quick service restaurant experience is an asset).
* Strong leadership and team-building skills.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
* Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
* Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling, reporting).
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
