The Opportunity: Our client is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Wetherill Park store. You’ll have full responsibility for the store’s performance, with a strong focus on sales, people leadership, customer experience and operational excellence.

This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start available.

Roster: Tuesday to Saturday

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Take full P&L responsibility for a high turnover store
• Drive sales performance and achieve key financial targets
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing retail team
• Build a positive, accountable and customer-focused store culture
• Manage stock, inventory and merchandising standards
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store operations
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and maximise results

What They’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Store Manager within a retail environment
• Experience managing a high-volume store is highly desirable
• A strong track record of achieving sales and financial targets
• Confident people leadership, coaching and team development skills
• Strong commercial and operational understanding
• Experience across stock management, merchandising and visual presentation
• A customer-first approach with the ability to build a strong store culture
• Experience with retail POS and inventory management systems

Salary & Benefits
