  About The Role:
  Due to my client’s continued success they are now on the lookout for a new Store Manager. Reporting to the Area Manager you will lead from the front and be responsible for leading the team to achieve its sales targets and business goals.
  Essential for this role is experience from a previous Retail Management role within a retail store to make your new role a smooth and successful transition! You will need to have high energy, a passion for outdoor adventures, team motivation and development.

Skills & Experiences:

• Previous experience in managing teams in a retail environment of 6+ team members
• The ability to inspire, lead and manage a team
• Customer serviced focused, and able to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong communication skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Manage a team towards sales targets
