We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy frozen yoghurt store. This is a hands-on role where you will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, drive excellent customer service, and lead a motivated team.

• Oversee the everyday operation of the shop, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
• Manage and support staff, including rotas, shift planning, sickness cover, and training/development
• Carry out regular stock checks, place orders with suppliers, and ensure stock levels are maintained
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety are consistently met
• Handle cashing up, banking, and financial reporting duties
• Deliver excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for any queries or escalations
• Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and create a welcoming customer experience
• Support with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff
• Work closely with senior management/owners to implement business initiatives, promotions, and local marketing activities
