THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations at our Geebung store. This is a hands-on role where you’ll drive sales, oversee stock control, prepare orders for dispatch, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily store operations
• Deliver excellent customer service, product knowledge, and sales support
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, merchandising, and displays
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with WHS and company procedures
• Report directly to the company director
