Position Overview:
As a Take 5 Oil Change Store Manager, you are responsible for all operations at your location including leading a team, managing inventory, mitigating claims and ensuring an outstanding customer service experience. It is vital that every customer leave with a smile, which is why taking care of the customer is your top priority as a Store Manager. With assistance from senior leadership, you will manage a Take 5 Oil Change store and quickly build it into a business that exceeds $1 Million in annual revenue.
This is a managerial position with Garage Holdings LLC (a Take 5 franchisee), which is opening multiple Take 5 Oil Change stores in the Minnesota market. You are coming into a fast-growing, family-owned business that will have future opportunities for you to grow your career.

Responsibilities:
Do you enjoy leading a team? One of your primary responsibilities will be to develop a team and maintain a positive culture. As a Store Manager, you will manage a staff consisting of an Assistant Store Manager, Lead Technicians and Lube Technicians. You will also set schedules, hire team members and handle employee issues. We hope you are passionate about developing your team as your success in this role will be a direct result of the team you assemble and manage.
Are you comfortable enforcing policies and procedures? Are you someone that others describe as having good judgement? As a Store Manager, you are responsible for inspecting the premises at frequent intervals to ensure the store’s compliance with company policies and procedures and brand standards. You will make sure that the facility appearance is welcoming to customers (inside and out), equipment is maintained, inventory is organized and employees are following procedures.
Do you have an owner’s mentality? As the Shop Manager, you will be responsible for key performance measures including revenue targets, quality goals and customer satisfaction scores. While you will have support from senior leadership, we want you to own what happens within the four walls of your store. You will be highly involved in identifying areas of opportunity for increased store performance and designing and implementing initiatives to support your goals.
Do you pay attention to details? As a Store Manager, your primary role is to ensure your team runs the Take 5 service process. You might even say that we are obsessed with consistency and attention to detail! You will complete daily financial paperwork, maintain accurate inventory records and manage employee schedules. We aim to exceed the industry average in satisfied customers by 2x, which requires an intense focus on delivering an exceptional service experience.
Do you like to be on the move? As the Store Manager, you will be changing oil alongside your staff, interacting with customers and giving ‘hands-on’ training to your employees. While you will have some office time to complete administrative tasks, the majority of your time in the store will be on the move and interacting with people.
