We are looking for Store Manager (in Training) at Georgian Mall.
As a Store Manager (in Training), You will receive in-depth and comprehensive training, providing you with the necessary skills to successfully manage and motivate a team. This is not your typical Monday-Friday, 9-5 job! Every week will look different and will require you to work evenings and weekends. At least 90% of your time will be spent in the field with your team and supervisor. We are looking for new hires for our upcoming programs.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting all operations related aspects of assigned stores area/location.
  • Communicating and following up with field team on troubleshooting as needed.
  • Supporting with logistics of shipments and implementation of a marketing campaign.
  • Researching the best solution for events/client needs.
  • Proactively identify problems and develop solutions within guidelines of a program.
  • Review information and identify trends in the data while summarizing findings.
  • Provide support to Operation’s leaders and management team.
  • Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned by the supervisor as required.
