ROOLEE is an exciting and fast growing women’s apparel retailer in need of a Store Manager to take over and RUN our retail store at San Tan Village in Gilbert, AZ. At ROOLEE, our Store Managers are an integral part of our Executive Team and report directly to and works closely with the company owners and corporate officers to execute the company’s vision for our retail store. With increasing online sales and a continually expanding customer base our retail store has become more than simply a local shopping spot but rather a shopping destination for our loyal customers coming from all to experience ROOLEE first hand. The Store Manager is an integral part in ensuring that our guests’ experience is exceptional in every way!
Overview:
At ROOLEE our Store Managers must have several years of specialty retail experience in a leadership role. Our Store Manager must have excellent guest service skills, merchandising, product display, and presentation abilities, be an effective problem solver, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, (we expect our Store Manager to run our store as if it were their own business), and exceptional leadership skills. Our Store Manager is responsible for building and retaining a high performing and diverse team. Through strategizing, coaching and accountability the Store Manager is responsible for leading and motivating their team, creating an unparalleled guest experience, and in turn, maximizing sales. Our Store Manager must have an understanding of business drivers, how to maximize profitability, and ensure visual and operational standards are met consistently in our store.
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Requirements:

GUEST EXPERIENCE:

  • Possess the ability to lead by example and deliver an exceptional experience to all guests within the store
  • Creates and reinforces a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident and competent team in order to build a loyal guest following through clear and positive communication
  • Prepares the team to balance our guest experience with necessary operational tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a specialty retail store
  • Demonstrates leadership and integrity with experience managing a staff of boutique team members
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong merchandising and visual skills
  • Excellent organization skills; able to plan and execute tasks efficiently
  • Proactive and creative problem solving ability
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability and willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
  • Must be able to work alone
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs
  • Must be able to climb a ladder
