The Store Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations and working with their team to reach sales goals while championing our Vision, Mission, and Values. Duties and Responsibilities: Be an expert in our consultative sales approach and be able to instruct and coach others in the process to hit and exceed metrics. Work on the sales floor to obtain individual and store sales goals. Coordinate with company leaders in the development and execution of company-wide policies and procedures. Continuous development of sales customer service staff, including weekly one-on-one meetings with team members, new team initiatives, and weekly Saturday morning meetings. Overseeing flawless execution of daily operations within the store (opening procedures, ensuring an impeccable level of store cleanliness and organization, completion of paperwork, closing procedures, cash register/money handling and bank runs, etc.). Coordinate with company leaders to generate and pursue sales opportunities in and outside of the store. Professionally handle customer service issues. Maintain a professional working environment. Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.
