OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the mattress or similar industry. * Strong understanding of business principles and retail market analysis. * 5+ years of experience in retail operations or other customer facing roles, including 2+ years of leadership experience. * Proficiency in team management. * Strong ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success. * An entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive work ethic – always looking for new opportunities to improve the retail landscape.
