STORE MANAGER – GOOD TASTE BAKERY COFFEE SHOP (FRIMLEY GREEN) – OPENING OCTOBER 2025

Good Taste Bakery is growing! We’re opening a brand-new store in Frimley Green, this October, and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced Store Manager to lead the team.

As Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the bakery, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining the high standards that make Good Taste Bakery a customer favourite. You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Overseeing store performance, cash-ups, and stock management
• Ensuring top-quality coffee and bakery products are served every day
• Creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere for both customers and staff
• Handling challenges quickly and efficiently to keep things running smoothly
