OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the mattress or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of business principles and retail market analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail operations or other customer facing roles, including 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Proficiency in team management.
  • Strong ability to inspire, engage, and motivate teams to achieve results and success.

ABOUT THE ROLE

GoodMorning is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and customer-obsessed Store Manager to lead our retail team and bring our brand to life. The manager will possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills to drive sales performance and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, developing and executing sales strategies and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide world-class customer experience.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with market trends.
  • Connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Adapt to changing market conditions and sales environments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Assist with the store’s budget, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
  • Hire and train all store sales team, developing a succession plan for your location
  • Guide, mentor, and manage the performance of the store’s team members to drive continuous improvement and excellence in execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
