• Developing and implementing the warehouse and operations strategy, translated into concrete improvement initiatives, projects, and KPIs.
• Leading the logistics management team and promoting collaboration, leadership, talent development, and sustainable employability within the operation.
• Responsible for all logistics processes, including goods receipt, storage, order picking, packing, and internal goods flows.
• Managing production activities, such as cutting filter material and printing workwear within our own Atelier.
• Maximizing the potential of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), automation, mechanization, and AI initiatives, while developing a clear vision for the logistics of the future.

As a Warehouse Employee, you are active within the warehouse on a daily basis. You are responsible for filling big bags and moving goods internally. Using the forklift, you ensure that materials end up in the right place and support the logistics process. You work accurately, identify irregularities, and contribute, together with your colleagues, to a safe and tidy work environment.
