About the role
We are very excited to be opening a new store in Bath, in Autumn 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Manager to join and help build a strong team at this new location. This is a great opportunity for a passionate leader to join an industry leading Heritage furniture company.
As Store Manager, you are responsible for delivering the company’s strategy and for proactively managing the sales performance of their departments by leading and motivating the selling team, developing and managing customer service levels and setting shop floor standards. Your focus is to achieve budgeted sales targets through the recruitment and development of team members, competent stock management, high standards of customer service and optimum presentation standards whilst maintaining and controlling costs and shrinkage. Creating an inviting atmosphere and helping bring the Heal’s brand to life, you should aim to educate, inspire and excite our customers through your team’s sales.
