We currently have a full time vacancy for a Store Manager in our Rotorua store.
This position is a key role in the store managing a team insuring all sales and sign up targets are met, managing stock and cash, and administration tasks such staff rosters, weekly branch, product and banking reports. The role will also include assigning duties to the team and ensuring smooth running of the store.
Experience in a similar role and with HR will be an advantage as you will be involved in recruitment for your store, ongoing training of your staff, performance reviews and conducting 90 day trial period meetings.
This role is sales and target focused so you must be confident in going the extra mile to deliver growth and success for the store.
