DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager for our store in Cork. The successful candidate will manage and lead colleagues to deliver excellence for our customers through an inspirational shopping environment and superior service standards. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3 years plus in a similar store manager position, manager of a department store or other retail operations management roles.

As store manager you will have ultimate responsibility for all operations of the store. Duties will include:

• Lead, motivate, train and develop a team of circa 25 colleagues through active management to deliver excellent standards of customer service
• Manage the store ensuring consistent achievement of targets, service and profitability margins whilst maintaining store standards
• Ensure the Homestore and More brand is represented at all times through excellent customer service and excellent store standards
• Ensure the best possible presentation and merchandising of the store at all times
