REQUIRED SKILL SET

  • Strong sales background with a passion for selling.
  • Solid store management experience within jewellery, homewares, fashion, or accessories - minimum 2 years Store Management experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills demonstrated through previous roles (i.e., someone who leads by example)
  • Demonstrated time management skills.
    We are seeking candidates who are able to work flexibly to the needs of our business operations over 5 days.

Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Achieving store sales targets.
  • Coach & develop your team, driving achievement of KPI’s.
  • Ensure a high level of merchandising at all times which is in line with visual merchandising provided by relevant parties.
  • Ensure inventory is managed effectively.
  • Maintain security over company assets, in particular inventory.
  • Staff Training (product knowledge, sales, POS, policies, and procedures).
