Your Role: Learn, Lead & Grow As a Store Manager in Training, you’ll work closely with your Store Manager and Regional Manager to develop the skills needed to confidently run a Lovisa store. Key Responsibilities: Support, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Assist in achieving sales targets and KPIs to drive overall store performance. Contribute to daily operations while ensuring stock is impeccably presented and well managed. Uphold Lovisa’s 10 + 1 Culture Commitments and foster a strong team environment. Participate in ongoing training and development to prepare for Store Manager responsibilities. Maintain high visual merchandising standards that reflect the latest jewellery trends.
