We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Showroom Manager to lead our Karrinyup showroom.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail leader who loves people, fashion, sales and creating exceptional customer experiences.

The Role

As Showroom Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day success of the Perth showroom.

You'll lead, coach and develop a team of Stylists while ensuring every customer receives the personalised, high-touch experience InStitchu is known for.

You'll be responsible for both people and performance — driving sales, managing showroom operations and creating a culture where your team is motivated to deliver outstanding results.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of Stylists to achieve individual and showroom targets.
• Driving sales performance, KPIs, conversion and customer retention.
• Creating a premium and personalised customer experience from the initial consultation through to garment collection.
• Building genuine relationships with customers and developing long-term client loyalty.
• Managing customer appointments, consultations, measurements, garment design and order processing.
• Overseeing showroom operations, presentation, standards and daily administration.
• Managing customer follow-up and ensuring every client receives proactive and exceptional communication.
• Handling customer feedback and resolving concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
• Monitoring team performance and providing regular coaching, feedback and support.
• Creating a positive, energetic and accountable showroom culture.
• Representing the InStitchu brand and ensuring our luxury customer experience is consistently delivered.
