SKILLS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

• Previous retail experience required
• Train and recruit a team of sales performers
• Strong stock control ability and proven stock take success
• Understanding of cost controls and payroll budgeting
• Lead a sales team from the front
• Positive outlook and energetic attitude
• On trend knowledge of the latest fashions and attitudes
